Our 3/4-ounce sabot slug delivers plenty of firepower right where you need it while minimizing over penetration. The sabot slug can safely pass through any choke from cylinder bore to full choke and can be used in rifled barrels as well. The round comes in a 2 3/4" shell and runs 1,100 fps from a 24"� barrel yielding 1,050 foot-pounds energy, nearly 1� times the energy of a .44 Magnum. This round is perfect for turning fast handling, 20 gauge shotguns into tactical/home defense weapons. The .58 caliber slug is made from pure lead, which offers good expansion in a wide range of velocities. The mild recoil is not only easy on the shoulder but it also allows for faster follow up shots. Felt recoil would be less than Remington 20 gauge, ‘Gun Club Target, *’ load.
