Want all the speed of a standard velocity buckshot load but don’t want the recoil and want increased magazine capacity too??? If so then the Hot 21 is the round for you. Loaded with a slightly reduced powder charge, the 1,300 fps velocity approximates the velocity on several popular full sized buckshot loads. However, since there are 21 buckshot (almost exactly one ounce) in the payload, instead of the standard 27, the low recoil is noticeably reduced which means greater control and faster follow up shots.
